Our commercial department

The delta pronatura commercial department encompasses controlling, finance and accounting, IT and human resources.

This is where the structural, financial and organizational foundation is laid to enable the delta pronatura organisation and its subsidiaries and affiliated companies to thrive and to provide them with the necessary support.

Controlling

A lot of information comes together in the controlling department. This is processed and analyzed and used to support decision-making for targeted company management.

The knowledge gained by the controlling department is used by R&D, production, marketing, sales and finance to analyze and control their business processes. All of these measures are vital for ensuring the future of delta pronatura.

Finance & Accounting

Finance & Accounting is responsible for the accounts, annual financial statements, taxes and cash flow for our affiliated companies in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, and is also the point of contact for banks, auditors and tax authorities. It draws up local financial statements as well as the consolidated financial statements for the delta group of companies.

IT

Our IT department is responsible for looking after the hardware and software systems in all divisions. This competent team also assists with the implementation of IT projects in other areas.

Human Resources

The Human Resources division manages all administrative and manufacturing
employees in the company. Over the years, it has transformed from a simple personnel administration and payroll department into a holistic human resources management division that is committed to increasing employee satisfaction and promoting loyalty to the company – because our employees are the basis for our success. In addition, the commercial administration is responsible for compliance, corporate social responsibility, rights and risk management.
